Background
My grandparents migrated to New Zealand in the 1990s. I moved with my mum in the early 2000s. Temporary visas, years of uncertainty, the long road to residence. I lived the immigration process before I built a career advising on it.
Today I'm a fully licensed immigration adviser (IAA #202300030) operating under NZ Immigration Help Service Ltd, a family practice with over 20 years of operation and 18,000+ clients assisted.
But running a professional services practice taught me something else entirely: the operational side of advisory work is full of bottlenecks that technology can eliminate. Manual lead triage. Repetitive client comms. Invoice admin. Content production that takes days when it should take minutes.
